Q I have tried to view reports, articles and bulletins but I can't seem to access them. Why is this?

A Reports and Bulletins can only be viewed by registered purchasers or GFA subscribers who are then given permission to view these documents. If you have purchased a report online, or are a GFA subscriber and are having problems with viewing documents, you may not have the relevant software. Check out our guide to viewing GFA documents.

Q What does registration involve?

A When you register, you will be asked for details such as your name, e-mail address, areas of interest etc. as well as a username and password. Once you have registered, you can access your personalised account where you can view reports you have bought. If you subscribe to GFA, you wil be automatically registered.

Q Why do I need a username and password?

A Your username and password goives you a secure means of accessing your account.

Q So by simply registering my details, can I access full reports, articles and bulletins?

A As a registered user, you get wider access to the site than visitors, but to view information in full you must be either a GFA subscriber or have bought viewing rights to the document(s).

Q Can I make a one-off purchase or do I have to subscribe to gain access to reports?

A You can buy reports on a pay-per-view basis, allowing you to get acess to specific reports as and when you want them. You will still need to register your details, so that we can validate your purchases.

Q What is the purpose of registering?

A
