MAJED R. MUHTASEB CFA

Mr. Majed Muhtaseb brings in a wealth of experience in investment management research and training. He is an expert in external fund manager search, selection and evaluation. Mr. Muhtaseb conducts qualitative and quantitative research on hedge and traditional funds for GFA as well as institutional investors. He leads the "Research Corner" for our monthly GFA Bulletin. His research articles regularly appear in leading professional journals such as Journal of Performance Measurement, Journal of Investing, Emerging Markets Quarterly among others. He delivers many courses on various investments topics in major financial centers of the world.
In 1997 he completed all the requirements for the CFA charter and in 1987, he earned his Ph.D. in finance from the University of Tennessee.
