Jamie is the founder and Senior Managing Director of York Capital. He is 42 years old and has over 20 years of investment experience. Previously he was a general partner for Kellner, DiLeo & Co., a New York Stock Exchange member firm specializing in risk arbitrage. Jamie was also a member of the Investment Banking Group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Jamie received his BS in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He and his wife Elizabeth reside in New York with their three children.
