ANDREW SANDLER

Andrew Sandler is the Portfolio Manager for Sandler Capital Management's hedge funds, including the Sandler Communications Offshore Fund.

Andrew joined Sandler Capital in 1990, first as a research analyst, and assumed portfolio management responsibilities in 1997. He became a partner in 1993 and serves as a member of the firm's management committee.

Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Mr. Sandler was a research analyst at Perry Partners in New York. He has a B.S. degree from the business school of the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
