FEES
Conference and Gala Dinner : £1095 + VAT @ 17.5% = £1286.63 per delegate. Fees are inclusive of refreshments, lunch, documentation, pre-dinner cocktail reception and gala dinner. Under UK excise regulations delegates are required to pay VAT on all conferences taking place in the UK. All bookings carry a 50% cancellation charge under the cancellation/substitution terms.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTIONS
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by 9 am on 19th January 2006 to secure a 50% refund. All bookings carry a 50% liability as soon as a fully completed registration form has been received by Global Fund Analysis and up to two weeks before the event. After 19th January 2006 the full fee is due. A substitute delegate may attend at any time.

CONFIRMATION
After receiving written confirmation of your booking together with your payment, we will send you admission details and VAT receipt. Please contact us if you have not received this within 2 weeks as we cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of your booking.
